We’ve all discovered how to do life differently over the last few months. It’s been a challenging but also illuminating time. Especially when it comes to doing wellness programming  differently. For years we delivered expert trainings in live seminars and workshops. But without the ability to provide our live trainings  we began to experiment with a safe, effective, convenient and affordable  delivery system….it was a blessing in disguise!  We realized right away we can provide our Expert training much more frequently virtually, creating an ongoing “coaching” relationship with employees at a fraction of the cost.

This new, virtual group coaching model can provide ongoing coaching to a much larger audience with its online programming, providing recorded sessions and optional, live support elements. With the ability to provide a live virtual  training in conjunction with a virtual “Zoom” streaming and recorded component, The Stronger You Training Program can provide on demand coaching and training for the office and or home with recorded sessions. Employees can participate anytime, anywhere, significantly increasing the potential reach of the program.

Creation of an ongoing sustainable model that builds trust and relationship with employees is essential to the success of the program. Working with our expert coaches each month will increase consistency, continuity and support of an ongoing positive program and coaching experience.

We’ve discovered the positive side of psychology is essential because it aims to find ways to make life better for people. Positive psychology focuses on the events and influences in life, including: experiences (like happiness, joy, inspiration, and love) and states and traits (like gratitude, resilience, and compassion). Using this knowledge of what makes us stronger (according to research) will attract higher risk employees and a larger audience compared to the older, traditional, medical model.

By attending monthly sessions, participants receive a monthly Stronger You-E-book with webinar notes, engaging topical information, wellbeing exercises, self-assessments, quizzes and goal forms all pertaining to the monthly focus. All materials are provided in a PDF electronic format allowing  your Wellness team the opportunity to distribute to your employees virtually.

Want to take the guess work out of annual Wellness Programming?  Our Stronger You programming allows you to easily layout a complete and comprehensive annual program.  As part of this suggested model, our team will work with you to provide  a new, monthly “Wellness/Wellbeing Training & Coaching Theme“, allowing you the opportunity to integrate all communication planning and market “Wellness” to a much larger audience and take the guess work out of Annual programming. This new monthly coaching approach will streamline your current wellness communications and offerings as well as integrate all current wellness support services.
