Brooke Burns: Creative Director

Brooke Burns is a certified personal trainer, fitness model, public speaker, and award-winning artist & graphic designer based in Orange County, California. With a design degree from Chapman University and NASM certification, Brooke combines her creative talents with a passion for fitness to inspire others in health and wellness.

Brooke's background as a collegiate sprinter and multi-sport athlete laid the foundation for her extensive coaching career. She has coached speed and agility, strength training for both athletes and adults, and works one-on-one with clients to help them achieve their fitness goals. As an elite trainer for Stronger U Academy, Brooke brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in creating personalized training plans. She also engages in speaking opportunities with experts like Traditional Naturopaths and Integrative Nutritionists, sharing her holistic approach to fitness and wellness.

With a commitment to making fitness accessible to all, Brooke uses her creativity to design a lifestyle that supports both physical and mental health.
