You are receiving this special invitation as we are looking for a select group of committed individuals who not only are interested in strengthening their own personal lives but would like to be a part of creating a “wellness movement” throughout WPUSD helping others do the same!
(LIVE) In person 5K Celebration & Summer Goal Setting Workshop:
To encourage and inspire you throughout 2024-2025, Coach Sean Foy will provide an in person 5K Celebration Walk and Goal Setting Workshop. This Live event serves as a great opportunity to experience a sense of community by being together as a group and celebrating our Stronger U accomplishments-as well as setting new goals for the summer and next steps for the WPUSD wellness movement!
Monthly Webinar Coaching & Training Sessions:
We’ve crafted our monthly Stronger U Academy virtual training sessions to give you the instruction, inspiration, and coaching you need to grow stronger in 2024-25! Coach Sean Foy, founder of Stronger U Academy will be hosting live 60-minute sessions each month, from 4:00-5:00 PM. You’ll receive an introduction to a designated wellness and fitness area, plus a guide to kick off your 30-day Stronger U challenge!
30-Day Challenge Kit:
Each virtual training session includes a 30-Day Challenge packet featuring your wellness and fitness focus, assessments, wellbeing information and scorecards to help track your wellness/fitness challenge progress throughout the month.
